What does the saved outer membrane of kernel give?

Whole bran — maximum amount of insoluble and soluble fiber
Whole germ — maximum amount of vitamins and minerals contained in oats

Where exactly is beta-glucan located?

In oat bran (thick cell walls of endosperm adjacent to subaleurone layer) and cell membranes of endosperm. Accordingly, by saving as much of the oat outer membranes as possible, we ensure the high content of beta-glucan in a ready-to-use product.

Blue color on the grain’s macrograph is beta-glucan.
